DESCRIPTION

Our organic gardening class covers topics from soil preparation and compost building to seed selection and garden planning. Our recommendations can be applied to urban and agricultural settings of all kinds. Come and learn how to grow nutrient dense vegetables and herbs for yourself, your family, and your community. Registration fee for the class is $25 per person, paid in advance. Registration fees can be paid through this website under Goods. We look forward to having you out to the farm!

Come and learn the best culinary and medicinal herbs to grow in our region, as well as how to cultivate, preserve, and utilize them. Preregistration is required - cost is $25 per person. Eating "healthy" in the current state of our food industry (including the health food industry) can be very confusing! Come and learn how to stock your pantry with real food (inexpensively!), and how to use these basics to create nourishing and healing meals. Creating & using a sourdough starter

DESCRIPTION

Fermented grains are more easily digested and their nutrients are more bio-available than unfermented grains. Come and learn how to create and maintain a sourdough starter.
